Director - Joyce Orr

J OrrJoyce joined Pineview as Director in April 2014.  As Director, Joyce’s role involves working with the Committee of Management and the staff team to ensure that Pineview is a well-run housing association meeting all its business, legislative and regulatory requirements, and continually striving to provide good quality customer service to its tenants.  Joyce is responsible for ensuring that the Committee of Management has the necessary information and skills they require to ensure informed decision-making.  In 2017 Joyce took on the additional responsibility of being Company Secretary for the Association.  Joyce has been involved in the housing sector since 1992 and has had various student, volunteer and employee roles since then.  

Joyce is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and currently serves as a Board Director for the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA).

Housing Services Manager - Karen Byrne

K Byrne Housing Services ManagerKaren joined Pineview as Housing Services Manager (HSM) in May 2015.  As HSM, Karen is responsible for all our strategic housing management and maintenance services including allocations, rent collection, housing options, estate management and caretaking, reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance services to customers, housing services strategy and policy development.  Karen is responsible for managing the housing services teams, projects, strategic initiatives and organisational change.  Karen also deputises for the Director when required.

Karen has been involved in the housing sector since 1984 and has undertaken various roles since then.  Karen is a Corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Senior Maintenance Officer - Calum McLeod

Calum McLeod Senior Maintenance OfficerCalum joined Pineview as Senior Maintenance Officer (SMO) in January 2022.  As SMO, Calum is responsible for leading on the provision of a high quality, responsive maintenance and asset management service that delivers and focuses on positive outcomes for tenants and other service users.

Key aspects of Calum's role include developing and delivering service improvements in maintenance and asset management as well as ensuring compliance with regulation, legislation, best practice and quality standards.

Calum assists the HSM to ensure that the Association’s properties are maintained to the highest possible standards within agreed budgetary levels.

Senior Housing Officer - Robert Reid

Robert Reid Senior Housing OfficerRobert joined Pineview as Senior Housing Officer (SHO) in June 2021.  As SHO, Robert is responsible for leading on the provision of high quality and responsive housing management and customer centred services  that deliver and focus on positive outcomes for tenants and other service users.

Key aspects of Robert's role include developing and delivering service improvements in customer service and housing management, as well as ensuring the achievement of performance outcomes and compliance with regulation, legislation, best practice and quality standards.

Robert will assist the HSM to ensure that the Association is always striving to improve and develop our services for tenants and customers.

Housing Officer

Murray has worked at Pineview since 2004 and is one of our team leaders, dealing with various aspects of the Assocition's housing management and maintenance services for our customers. Murray's role involves overseeing the day to day running of our tenant and property services ensuring the Association's compliance with statutory, regulatory and good practice requirements.

Isobel Ferguson
Finance & Corporate Services Officer

Isobel has worked at Pineview since 2004. During her time with the Association Isobel has undertaken a number of different job roles covering both housing, finance and corporate services. Isobel's current role covers a range of functions including, HR, Governance, Health & Safety, Finance and IT.
