How Did We Do?
Pineview is committed to being open to our customers about our performance and sharing this with customers. We discuss performance with our customer forum and produce information for our newsletters and Annual Charter Report in agreement with the customer forum. If you are a customer who would like to be involved, either through the forum or separately, please contact Isobel at our office for more information.
Like all Registered Social Landlords, Pineview is required to report our performance in achieving Charter outcomes and standards to tenants and other service users by the end of October each year. We are currently working on our 2022/2023 Report.

Scottish Housing Regulator - if you are a tenant of a social registered landlord you can report a significant performance failure directly to the Scottish Housing Regulator if your landlord fails to deal with the matter - details are available here - SHR website link
