Pineview made a number of promises to tenants as part of the transfer of engagements process from Kendoon HA. We advised that we would report on the outcomes of these promises quarterly. The reporting is undertaken every 3 months for periods ending 31 May, 31 August, 30 November, 28 February. The reporting is presented to the Committee of Management and then published on our website. We produce two reports - a fully detailed report going through each promise made, and a shorter summary report for easier reading.
