Repairs Reporting

Our staff team and our contractors have been working hard together to catch up and clear any backlog of reactive repairs created due to Covid19 restrictions.  This catch up work has involved ensuring risk assessments are in place by and for contractors (to keep them and our tenants safe) and reviewing tenants household Covid19 status. 

We would like to remind everyone that if you have any repairs required to your home please let us know as soon as possible and we will get them planned in.  Given the ongoing Covid19 position we will need to ask a series of questions to anyone reporting a repair to ensure that we can organise the works as safely as possible for our tenants and our contractors.  As previously, we ask for your full co-operation in achieving this for everyones benefit.
