Following review of our current ICT system and performance, the Association is looking to upgrade our IT infrastructure and telephone system to improve our systems and embrace new technologies. With this in mind the Association wish to tender for ICT Infrastructure and Support Services to include, on premises upgrades and move towards Office 365. ICT Support will cover our IT infrastructure and telephone system.
All work carried out must have security and compliance around GDPR and best practice at the core of all proposals.
