Following the external promotion of the previous post holder, Pineview reviewed the requirement for the senior housing officer position and agreed it was required and so commenced a recruitment process. The Association were fortunate to receive a volume of applications, and we shortlisted down and interviewed four exceptional candidates. The interviewed applicants were all of a very high standard and Pineview could have employed any of them. Due to the high calibre, the scoring outcomes were very close, with Ben nudging ahead. We congratulate Ben on his success, but also want to thank the other interviewees for their time and professionalism and we would encourage them to continue to pursue promotion in their career as they are all more than capable.
Ben secured this promotion through a competitive process and was up against another 3 exceptional interview candidates, shortlisted from almost 20 applications. Ben will begin his new role in Jan 2026 and will be working very closely with our Housing Services Manager Karen to further enhance his knowledge and skills to allow him to thrive and succeed in his promoted role.
