INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF COMMITTEE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW SERVICES

Tenders are being sought from suitable sector governance specialists to facilitate the Pineview Committee Annual Review process.
Annually, Pineview Housing Association carries out a review of its Committee of Management's performance by undertaking the following:
Ø A Committee collective performance review.
Ø An individual Committee member effectiveness review, including the review of the continued effectiveness of longer serving committee members.
Ø A Chairpersons review.
Ø Committee training needs analysis.
Ø Committee succession planning review.
To prevent any potential perception of a conflict of interest in the process, and to give added assurance value, the Association employs the services of an external independent governance specialist reviewer to facilitate this work. Our existing contract for this work has worked very successfully but has reached the end of the contract period. As such, the Association are now retendering.
