Common Allocation Policy Review - 2026

Our common allocation policy is due for review.

A common allocation policy is where a group of registered social landlords agree to use the same set of rules to let their properties.   We share this policy with Cernach Housing Association and Kingsride Cleddans Housing Association.

Our Common Allocation Policy is due for renewal and as part of this review we want to consult with our our tenants, housing applicants and any other interested groups or parties.
