Following consultation and approval by the Customer Forum, the Management Committee finalised their Annual Assurance statement and this has been submitted to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR). All Scottish registered social landlords require to submit this statutory assurance statement annually by 31st October each year. Pineview submitted the statement on 30.09.2025 following approval at the September 2025 Committee of Management meeting.
